Agronomist/Agronomy Business Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

  • Build an agronomy team of interns and full time employees to meet customers needs

  • On farm visits to assist with strategies for producers

  • Use cutting edge SwatMaps technology to map fields and make variable rate fertility recommendations

  • Set up field scale trials to prove out new products

  • Assist customers with setting up their own trials

  • Help to build out our Montana dealer network for the one of a kind products we offer

  • Attend agronomy events to network with like minded individuals and stay on top of your game.

  • Community outreach and giveback is of high importance

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an agronomy related field

  • Bachelor's degree in plant science, Ag Business, Soil Science or related field

  • Demonstrate leadership qualities

  • CCA (certified crop advisor) is an asset but not a requirement
