Agrivance Montana “Win a Pickup” Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”)

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1) Sponsor

Agrivance LLC d/b/a Agrivance Montana (“Sponsor”).

2) Eligibility

Open only to individuals who, at time of entry and verification:

  • Are legal residents of Montana

  • Are 18 years or older

  • Are an active Montana farmer operating 200+ acres in Montana

  • Are the owner/operator or authorized decision-maker for the farm operation

  • Comply with the One Entrant per Farm rule below

Not eligible: employees/agents of Sponsor and its affiliates and immediate household/family members as defined in the full template previously provided.

Sponsor may require reasonable proof of eligibility (including active farming and 200+ acres).

3) Sweepstakes Period

Begins: January 20, 2026
Ends: February 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM Mountain Time (the “Entry Period”). Sponsor’s device is official time.

4) Prize

Grand Prize: 2026 Chevrolet Silverado Trail Boss LT, Cypress Gray, 400 miles, VIN:3GCUKFED7TG186128 Appx Value: $68,335 = MSRP
Winner is responsible for taxes, title/registration/insurance, and any costs not explicitly included.

5) One Entrant per Farm (Anti-Cheating Rule)

Limit one (1) entrant per farm operation for the entire Sweepstakes.
Sponsor may define “Farm” using common ownership/management, FSA identifiers, shared address/entity, or other reasonable indicators of a single operating unit.

If multiple individuals enter for the same Farm, Sponsor may, in its sole discretion:

  • Disqualify all entries for that Farm, or

  • Void all but the earliest valid entry.

6) How to Enter (Entry Methods + Entry Values)

During the Entry Period, an eligible entrant may earn entries only through the methods below. All entries are subject to verification.

A) Base Entry Form — 1 Entry
Complete the official entry form at [Insert landing page URL] with required information and acceptance of these Official Rules.

B) Stop at MAGIE/MATE Booth — 1 Entry
Visit Sponsor’s booth at the MAGIE trade show in Great Falls, Montana and complete Sponsor’s booth verification method (QR scan/form/staff confirmation).

C) Book 15-Minute Consultation — 3 Entries
Schedule a 15-minute consultation with Sponsor using Sponsor’s designated booking method. Entries are awarded when the consultation is booked and verified by Sponsor.

D) Commit to Trial — 5 Entries
Commit to an on-farm product trial (e.g., Bio-Gel, TerraNu, Replenish Nutrients, etc.) by completing Sponsor’s designated trial commitment method. Entries are awarded when the commitment is received and verified by Sponsor.

E) Attend Grower Meeting — 3 Entries
Attend Sponsor’s designated grower meeting and complete Sponsor’s check-in/verification method.

F) Referral — 2 Entries (Verified)
Refer another eligible Montana farmer (200+ acres) using Sponsor’s designated referral method. Referral entries are awarded only if the referred farmer:

  1. completes the Base Entry Form during the Entry Period, and

  2. is verified as eligible by Sponsor.

Referral limits: limit five (5) referrals per entrant/farm (maximum 10 referral entries).

No Purchase Necessary: No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Entry Limits (Recommended; edit if desired)

  • Limit one (1) Base Entry Form submission per entrant/farm.

  • Limit one (1) MAGIE/MATE Booth entry per entrant/farm.

  • Limit one (1) “Book 15-Minute Consultation” entry award per entrant/farm.

  • Limit one (1) “Commit to Trial” entry award per entrant/farm.

  • Limit one (1) “Attend Grower Meeting” entry award per entrant/farm.

  • Limit five (5) Referral awards per entrant/farm.

Maximum total entries per entrant/farm: 23 entries
(1 Base + 1 MAGIE/MATE  + 3 Consultation + 5 Trial + 3 Meeting + up to 10 Referral)

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, duplicated, generated by bot/script, or otherwise not compliant.

7) Winner Selection; Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Drawing date: on or about Feb 25, 2026 (or next business day).

Odds depend on number of eligible entries received.

8) Winner Notification and Verification

Winner will be notified using contact information provided. Winner must complete eligibility/waiver/tax documentation (including W-9 if required) within Sponsor’s stated timeframe or may be disqualified and an alternate selected.

9) General Conditions; Disqualification

Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers, uses fraudulent methods, violates rules, or disrupts the Sweepstakes. Sponsor may cancel/modify if integrity is compromised.

10) Release of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor and related parties from claims arising from participation or prize receipt/use, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

11) Privacy

Entrant information is used to administer the Sweepstakes and for marketing communications if consented/opted-in; opt-out is available.

12) Governing Law / Venue

Montana law governs. Venue in Montana courts of competent jurisdiction. No class actions.

13) Meta / Facebook Disclaimer (if promoted on Facebook/Instagram)

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook.

14) Winner List

Request winner information at agrivancellcmt@gmail.com within [60] days after drawing.
